Integrated Psychiatric Services at Devine Synergy Health

At Devine Synergy Health, we offer our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) catering to individuals across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults, who are diagnosed with mental health conditions and are experiencing behavioral, emotional, intellectual, and social challenges. Our skilled team conducts thorough assessments to understand our clients' strengths, abilities, and needs. Collaborating with our licensed mental health clinicians, we develop personalized rehabilitation plans with targeted goals. These plans aim to empower our clients to achieve success in diverse areas such as self-care, employment, independent living skills, housing, social interactions, substance abuse management, health and wellness, medication adherence, financial management, vocational skills development, community integration, and crisis intervention.

At Devine Synergy Health, we offer a comprehensive array of structured onsite activities and offsite visits designed to enhance the quality of life for our clients. Our weekly onsite activities, hosted at our office, encompass a diverse range of educational topics and interactive sessions conducted in a supportive group setting. Additionally, our team of Rehabilitation Coordinators, comprising experienced and trained professionals, provide personalized support through weekly home or community visits. Working closely with our clients, these coordinators offer guidance, education, and skill-building opportunities to empower individuals on their journey towards recovery and community integration.

To enroll in our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP), prospective clients must be referred by a licensed mental health provider. PRP services are covered by Maryland Medicaid or are available for private pay.
